Respect is something you don't have,

For yourself and for others,

You treat them like dirt,

And you shouldn't expect anything better,

In this world respect is a great thing,

It will give you admiration from others,

And you should have,

A good enough attitude towards yourself,

Respect is something that you have to earn,

If you lose your respect or trust from someone,

It is very hard to get it back,

The only way to get respect,

Is to give it out,

As in, show consideration or appreciation to someone,

Stop treating people like dirt,

And give them some respect.
